Remote Licensed P&C Insurance Agent (Base + Uncapped Commission)

About Us

At AutoComplete (-us), we're hiring 10-20 licensed agents to join our fully remote sales team as we change the way car insurance is bought and sold. This opportunity is perfect for TOP PRODUCERS seeking stability and career growth as we 3x the team.

Our Licensed Agents advise car buyers in the sale of all personal lines insurance products. An active P&C license is required. The ideal candidate has experience selling multi-carrier products in a technology-forward environment across phone and SMS. This position is work from home.

We're seeking world-class sales agents and offering competitive compensation with on-target earnings of $90,000 - $140,000. We also offer best-in-class benefits including 100% covered health benefits, equipment stipend and more.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and SMS with motivated real-time buyers
\n
• Utilize a rating system, multiple carrier portals and a CRM to prepare personalized auto and home quotes with top 20 insurers including Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, SafeCo, etc.
\n
• Learn our proprietary systems quickly and give constant feedback to our internal product teams to make it the best in class.
\n
• Help improve internal processes to adapt to our seamless and digital consumer experience
\n
• Provide your experienced advice and recommendations to customers
\n

Qualifications

\n
• An active P&C insurance license
\n
• Multiple years of experience selling personal lines auto & home
\n
• Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center
\n
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
\n
• Experience selling a choice model with multiple carriers across states
\n
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
\n
• Technology-forward: tech company experience preferred
\n
• Call center or remote experience a bonus
\n
• Bonus: you are Bilingual and can communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking customers
\n
