This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone with industrial painting experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work safely in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and preppingApply industrial coatings and paint using appropriate equipmentFollow paint specifications and quality standardsInspect completed work for proper coverage and finishMaintain painting equipment and toolsFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsKeep the work area clean and organizedPerform other duties related to industrial painting as neededQualificationsPrevious industrial painting experience preferredKnowledge of industrial painting techniques and equipmentAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoesReliable attendance and strong work ethicSchedule & PayMonday–Friday7:00 AM–3:30 PM$18.00/hour + DOE
