Associate Creative DirectorFallon is looking for an Associate Creative Director.An Associate Creative Director is responsible to consistently deliver ideas superior to peers that are on strategy and creatively fresh. They are a creative who can craft a presentation and story to sell their own ideas, and present those ideas effectively. They can operate with little oversight and oversee teams for projects or small brands. This position will also maintain senior-level client contact and relationships and mentor internally. This role is often a pathway to a Creative Director position. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for social and for bringing Fallon's history of creative excellence into 21st-Century platforms. This role will have the opportunity to create internet-breaking work. The best portfolios will show a range of award-winning social-first projects, from content to campaigns to reactive moments to activations. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
